多普勒超声评价血流剪切力对血管内中膜厚度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :采用多普勒超声在体测量血流剪切力 ,并评价其对血管内中膜厚度的影响。材料和方法 :以高脂饮食连续喂养兔 ( 2 0只 ) 12wk ,采用多普勒超声测定髂外动脉血流剪切力 ,与光镜下内中膜厚度测量结果进行对比研究。结果 :动脉硬化后血流剪切力明显下降 ,低幅血流剪切力与内中膜厚度呈明显负相关 (r =-0 .75 )。结论 :动脉硬化后血流剪切力显著下降 ,低幅血流剪切力与血管内中膜增厚显著相关 ,表明低幅血流剪切力在动脉硬化血管重构中发挥重要作用。 Purpose: To determine the effect of shear stress on arterial intima media thickness (IMT) using Doppler ultrasound in rabbits fed with high cholesterol diet. Materials and Methods: Twenty big ear white rabbits, weighted 2.0-2.4kg, aging 5-6 months, were fed with high cholesterol diet for 12wk. Shear stress in iliac arteries was measured with Doppler ultrasound according to the modified equation derived from Poiseuille law and compared with IMT measured under light microscope. Results: In atherosclerotic arteries shear stress decreased from 15.5±5.7 dynes/cm 2 to 9.8±2.8 dynes/cm 2 and there was a significant correlation between shear stress and IMT (r=-0.75). Conclusion: Low shear stress due to long term high cholesterol diet could lead to an increase of and was negatively correlated to IMT,which would play an important role in the remodeling of atherosclerotic vessels.
