摘要
目的研究血液透析患者循环白介素-6(IL-6)水平与动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法应用酶联免疫法测定45例维持性血液透析(HD)患者IL-6,据IL-6水平分为两组,用高分辨率多普勒超声测定两组患者动脉粥样硬化指标。结果IL-6水平高组与水平低组相比动脉粥样硬化危险性升高。结论IL-6水平可以预测维持性血液透析患者动脉粥样硬化的发生。
Objective To investigate the relationship between interleukin-6(IL-6) and carotid atherosclerosis in patients.Methods 45 hemodialytic(HD) patients were divided into two groups according to the IL-6,The level of IL-6 were calculated by ELISA.Patient's carotid atherosclerosis parameters were attended by high-detected ultrasound.Results In one group with high level of IL-6 the risk of carotid atherosclerosis were greatly higher than the other group with lower level of IL-6.Conclusion IL-6 may he important parameters in the prediction of carotid atherosclerosis developing in HD patients.
