简要介绍了金银花的保健作用,得出了金银花汁的最佳浸泡温度(85℃)和最佳浸泡时间(10min),并对金银花保健冰淇淋的操作要点和生产工艺进行了研究,研制出一种品质好、口感佳的金银花保健冰淇淋。
The healthy effect of honeysuckle was described and the best leaching conditions is found to be 10 minutes under a temperature of 85 ℃. Based on the analysis of ingredient and the research of operating points, a tasty and healthy honeysuckle ice cream product is developed with a high quality.
