摘要
数字化资源建设是数字图书馆的基础,本文探讨了数字化资源建设的含义、内容(包括馆藏资源数字化建设、购买数字化产品、采集整理网络信息资源)以及数字化资源建设应遵循的原则,最后讨论了数字化资源建设中的著作权保护问题。
The construction of digital resources is the base of digital library. This article discusses the meanings, the content of construction of digital resources and the principle that must be followed. Finally, this article discusses the problem of copyright protection in the construction.
