摘要
本文在探讨数字图书馆建设中著作权限制的必要性以及在我国现行著作权限制制度对数字图书馆建设影响的基础之上 。
On the basis of probing on the necessities to protect copyright and the influences of the present copyright protection laws on the construction of electronic library,the paper has put forward suggestions on the improvement of copyright protection laws during the process of constructing digital library.
