摘要
润湿性能是过滤过程中滤料与液体接触的一个重要指标,改性滤料润湿接触角的测定研究较少。实验研究了25℃下氧化铝和氧化铁改性石英砂改性前后的润湿性能和孔隙率的改变,通过LHR计算相对接触角,并比较了改性前后除磷效果,结果表明,石英砂经过两种氧化物改性后,LHR值减小,亲水性增强,孔隙率增大,总磷去除率由20%增加大90%,除磷效果增强。
Wetting property is a very important surface property in water treatment ,and the research on wetting contact angle of modified filter media is seldom reported .In this experiment ,it studied the wetting properties and porosity of quartz sand modified by different metal oxides at 25 ℃ ,the phosphorus removal effect was compared before and after modification .The results showed that the LHR value was decreased ,the hydrophilic property was improved ,and the porosity was increased ,the removal rate of TP increased from 20% to 90% ,and the phosphorus removal efficiency was enhanced .
