摘要
根据Washburn方程,自行设计装置,采用压力法测量滤料接触角,引入亲水亲油比LHR的概念,以正辛醇和水作参比液,得出了25℃下不同极性溶液改性后2种滤料的亲水亲油比值。结果表明,通过比较LHR的大小,可以方便直观地得出氯硅烷浸泡的滤料比水浸泡的滤料的亲油性增强,符合相似相溶原理。为滤料的润湿性能改进提供一种新思路。
A simple experimental apparatus of permeating is designed based on the Washburn equation,in which pressure method is used to measure the media contact angle and water-oil ratio LHR is introduced,finding out the water-oil ratio of two filtering media after the modification of different polarity solution at 25℃.The results show that by comparing the size of LHR,it is directly found out that the hydrophobicity of chlorosilane soaking media is stronger that that of water soaking media,conforming with the princides a new idea for the improvement of wetting performance of media.
