摘要
基于多年民办高校秘书工作的经验,从民办高校秘书工作中存在的问题入手,简要分析了民办高校教学秘书工作的现状,提出了加强民办高校教书秘书队伍建设的措施。
Based on years of work experience, and the problems existing, this paper analyzes the current situation of the teaching secretary work in private higher vocational college, and proposes measures to intensify the group construction.
