摘要
从高校教学秘书工作是教学体系中不可缺少的一环,教学秘书是学校领导的重要参谋与助手,也是老师的益友、学生的良师这一高度认识出发,就高校的教学秘书工作者的自身建设与学校领导加强教学秘书队伍的建设两个方面作了简要论述。
The secretarial work of teaching in colleges and universities is an essential part of the teaching system. The secretary of teaching is an important staff officer and assistant to the leaders; they are also teachers＇ friends and students＇ good teachers. Based on the above points, the essay expounds the team construction of the secretary of teaching from two aspects： by themselves and by the leaders of the colleges.
