摘要
本试验对皖麦19等9个品种(系)的戊聚糖含量进行了测定。结果表明,不同小麦品种籽粒中戊聚糖含量在5.92%~8.01%之间,品种间具有显著差异。皖麦19和内乡188是戊聚糖含量较低的品种。
In this experiment, the content of the 9 wheat varieties (strains) was determined. The results indicated that the content of pentosan in different varieties varied from 5.92% -8.01%, and there were significant differences during different wheat varieties. Among all varieties Wan-Mail 9 and Nei-Xiangl88 had the lest content of pentosan.
