摘要
近年来,3D打印技术得到迅速发展,也给医学临床带来了革新。耳鼻咽喉科及颅底外科学解剖结构复杂精细、生理功能特异,手术复杂难度大。3D打印技术首先应用于工程领域,随后被推广到医学领域,广泛应用于骨科、口腔颌面外科的术前诊断、手术规划和模拟等各个阶段。现就3D打印的概念,近年来3D打印技术的发展现状与应用原理、技术类型与操作方法进行综述,介绍其在耳鼻咽喉及颅底外科领域研究现状,并展望其在该领域的应用前景和未来。
In recent years,the rapid development of 3D printing technology has brought new innovations to medical clinic.The anatomical structure of otolaryngology and skull base surgery is complex and fine.The physiological function is specific,and the operation is complex and difficult.3D printing technology was first applied in engineering field,and then extended to medical field.It was widely used in the preoperative diagnosis,surgical planning and simulation and other stages of orthopaedics and oral and maxillofacial surgery.This paper introduced the concept of 3D printing,the development status,application principle,technical types and operating methods of 3D printing technology in recent years,the research status in otolaryngology and skull base surgery,and looked forward to its application prospects and future in this field.
