摘要
为有效萃取棉籽蛋白提供理论依据 ,推导出了从双液相棉粕中萃取蛋白质过程的宏观动力学方程 ,概括了温度、棉粕粒径、萃取时间、碱液浓度等对萃取蛋白质动力学的影响 ,方程与实验结果吻合较好 ,萃取过程的表观活化能Ea 为 7.3kJ/mol,属于内扩散控制。
The extraction process of cottonseed protein is controlled by internal diffusion. A new kinetics equation for cottonseed protein extraction was obtained based on some modifying to the conventional unreacted core model,and the influence of temperature, particle size,time,concentration of extraction solvent on extractive kinetics were discussed.The results show that the equation fits well with experiment results which provides the theoretical basis for leaching cottonseed protein with high performance and low consumption. The apparent activity energy is 7.3 kJ/mol.
