摘要
在食用菌生产中木霉菌不仅污染食用菌培养料,而且感染其菌丝体和子实体,常造成巨大的经济损失。本文综述了食用菌与木霉菌互作的形态学特征和生物化学基础,介绍了食用菌抗病性遗传及抗性机制研究现状,提出了未来宿主与病原菌互作机制研究的方向。
In mushroom cultivation industry,Trichoderma spp.not only pollutes the mushroom substrate but also infects mycelia and fruiting bodies causing a dramatic loss in economy.In this paper,the morphology characteristics and biochemistry basis of the interaction mechanism between Trichodermaspp.and edible fungi are summarized,the research advances of the disease resistance inheritance and mechanism on edible fungi are discussed,and the problems of the interaction mechanism between the host and pathogens that should be researched in the future are suggested.
