摘要
我国是一个多民族国家,各民族有着自己丰富的文化底蕰和内涵,尤其是苗族竹竿舞节拍和形式变化多样、动作简单、娱乐性强、可塑性大,深受人们的喜爱。少数民族传统体育项目'竹竿舞'进特殊学生体育课堂,能够培养特殊学生的创造力、锻炼身体、愉悦身心,同时还能开阔了特殊学生的视野,使特殊学生对体育运动有了进一步的理解和认识,激发了特殊学生参与体育运动的兴趣,有利于特殊学生形成坚持体育锻炼的习惯。采用文献资料与理论研究法,对苗族竹竿舞进特殊学生体育课堂进行了探讨,了解了竹竿舞的起源、功能、特殊学生的身体特征等基本理论,找到竹竿舞进入课堂的几个途径,并提出应注意的问题,旨在为民族传统体育与特殊学生的体育课堂融合的途径与方法提供新的理论依据和指导借鉴。
China is a multi-ethnic country. All ethnic groups have their own rich cultural foundations and connotations. In particular,the Bamboo Dance of the Miao people is widely-welcomed for its unique rhythms and forms, simple movements, entertaining effect and broadening special students’ horizon. The traditional sports program, Bomboo Dance of Miao people becoming a physical exercise course for the special students, helps special students cultivating their creativity, training physical fitness and entertaining themselves. At the same time, it can broaden the horizon of special students and enable special students to have a better understanding of sports. Also,it stimulates the interest of special students to participate in sports, which leads to the habit of doing physical exercise. This paper uses the literature summary and theoretical research methods to explore the physical education course of Bamboo Dance of Miao people for special students. It aims at understanding the basic theories, such as the origin, function and physical characteristics of the Bamboo Dance, and finding several ways to turn the dance into a course for special students. It also puts forward the points that should be paid attention to. It is committed to providing a new theoretical basis and guidance for integrating the national traditional sports and special students’ physical course.
