摘要
目的:研究口腔正畸诊疗中医患纠纷的特点和对策。方法:选择2013年至2017年某口腔专科医院发生的口腔正畸医患纠纷进行统计,分析纠纷发生的原因并制定防范对策。结果:医疗质量和并发症是纠纷的主要原因。结论:口腔正畸医疗纠纷的发生存在一定的规律,应该采取合理的预防措施,预防或降低纠纷的发生。
Objective:To study the characteristics and countermeasures of doctor-patient disputes in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The disputes between orthodontists and patients occurred in a dental hospital from 2013 to 2017 were statistically analyzed,the causes of disputes were analyzed and preventive measures were made.Results:Medical quality and complications were the main causes of disputes.Conclusion:The occurrence of medical disputes in orthodontics has certain rules,and reasonable preventive measures should be taken to prevent or reduce the occurrence of disputes.
