摘要
某9F燃机工程的主厂房采用框排架结构体系,燃机进气方式采用侧面进气.为满足安装与检修主机的要求,主厂房内采用额定起重量为420 t的大吨位检修行车.在开展此有大吨位检修行车主厂房的结构设计过程中,将该主厂房的结构设计与普通主厂房进行了对比分析.首先描述了有大吨位检修行车主厂房结构总信息与主要结构构件的设计截面尺寸,然后重点阐述了有大吨位检修行车主厂房结构设计的关键点,包括排架柱计算长度系数取值、吊车梁设计、吊车梁牛腿设计;指出了有大吨位检修行车主厂房与普通主厂房结构设计的不同主要体现在吊车梁设计控制因素、吊车梁牛腿设计控制因素、排架柱配筋控制因素等方面,并分析产生不同的原因.
Based on the design of a 9 F gas turbine engineering powerhouse,this paper expounds some key structural design of main building with large tonnage crane,including the calculation length coefficient of framed bent column,the design of crane beam and the design of the corbel for crane beam.The paper points out the large tonnage inspection practice owners workshop of framed bent column reinforcement and common main building framed bent column reinforcement,and analyzes reasons causing the difference.This paper provides a reference for the design of main building with large tonnage crane.
