摘要
介绍了国内首次建设的三菱M701F4型燃机"二拖一"联合循环机组在调试中遇到的主要问题,如临时滤网堵塞、透平冷却空气系统减温水流量低保护跳机、透平热通道温度偏差大保护跳机等。针对发生的问题,在原因剖析的基础上,提出解决的措施和预防的建议,供同行业者参考。
The main problems during the first domestic test of the Mitsubishi M701F4 gas turbine combined circle power unit were introduced, such as temporary filter clogging, the cooling water flow of the turbine cooling air system being too low and tripping the unit, turbine passageway temperature channels having too big difference and tripping the unit. For solving the problems, this article introduces the solving measures and prevention recommendations on the basis of cause analysis, which can be used for reference in the power plants with same type.
