摘要
针对配电网的特点,提取了一定运行周期内的配电网潮流的数字特征———最大负荷潮流、最小负荷潮流和均值潮流。提出了基于均值潮流计算选取电容器补偿容量和位置,采用最大负荷潮流和最小负荷潮流进行安全校核的无功补偿方法。算例表明,能够有效提高供电质量,并能兼顾配电网一定运行周期内的经济性和安全性。
On the basis of the peculiarity of distribution networks,the numerical characteristics of power flow in an operating period are extracted.They are the maximum load power flow, the minimum load power flow and the average power flow. A new method is put forward to choose the reactive power compensation based on the average power flow calculation and to confirm the security by the maximum load power flow and the minimum load power flow. Testing results prove that it is simple,and effective to improve the quality of power supply.Also,it can reflect the security and economy in an operating period of distribution networks.
