摘要
本文在综合分析现行水力机械选型设计方法的基础上,以水电工程取得最佳的总体综合效益为目标,提出多系统、多层次、多因素的模糊层次优化方法。通过建立模糊递阶层次分析模型及数学模型,将定量特别是定性指标分析判断科学量化,保持了前后比较判断的主客观相一致。实例表明,该法应用灵活可靠,能显著提高设计进度和质量,选定的水力机械方案先进合理可行。
Based on a comprehensive analysis selecting hydraulic machinery in operation, and for the research's objective of best comprehensive benifit of hydraulic power development, the multisystem, multiorder and multifactor design theory and evaluation method of optimum is advanced. Fuzzy hierarchy analytical model and mathematical model being established, it maintains the consistency of subjdctive with objective in judgement from begining to end by the means of quantity on quantitive, especially on qualitative targer. The result in a practical example suggests that the method is nimble and dependable in application, notably high in the desigh rate of progress and quality, and suggests that the scheme chosen is advanced, suitable and practable.
