摘要 本文针对大型水库运行方式的特点,建立了兼顾经济、社会和环境效益的多目标优化运行模型,提出了一种将层次分析法和模糊评价相结合的决策方法。该方法应用约束法将多目标模型转换成多个单目标优化模型,采用动态规划法分别求解,得到多目标优化模型的非劣方案集,再运用模糊层次分析法对方案集进行评价排序,确定最佳方案。计算实例表明,该方法简单通用,计算结果合理。 A multi-objective optimal operation model for reservoir in consideration of both economic benefit and environmental benefit was established and the decision-making method based on hierarchy analysis process and fuzzy optimal selection was suggested. In this model the constraint approach was applied to transform the multi-objective model into a number of single objective models constituting the no-inferior solution set of the model. The optimal solution was determined by the fuzzy hierarchy decisionmaking method. The application of the proposed model to the Zipingpu Hydro Project showed that the method is feasible and the calculation result is reasonable.
