摘要
本文针对以防洪灌溉为主,结合发电的综合利用水库的特点,建立了马尔可夫决策规划数学模型。文中应用策略迭代法求解。经实际应用表明模型及算法是合理的、实用的。
A mathematical model of Markovian decision programming is proposed in this paper, it is in accordance with the special characterisitic of the multipurpose reservoirs which takas flood control and irrigation as the dominant factor and unites electric power. The policy iteration method is used in solving process. The test results show model and algorithm is reasonable and precticable.
