摘要
本文对径流过程采用混合随机描述，探讨了灌溉用水的随机性和供水的可靠性约束，建立了考虑径流预报和可靠性约束的马尔可夫决策规划模型。经实施优化调度表明，模型和方法是实用的、可行的。
n this paper,compound stochastic description are adopted for the runoft process.Constrain of the reliability and the stochastic character of irrigation water inquited into. Marhovian decision planning model in VIhich runoff forecast and constrain of the reliabiluty are considered. The proctice optimal operation shows that the model and calcultion method are reasonable and effective.
