摘要
为了改善川芎嗪的水溶性,且寻找到生物活性更好的川芎嗪衍生类化合物,对川芎嗪进行了化学修饰,合成了6种川芎嗪衍生物,其中5种未见文献报道.采用比色法测试了6种川芎嗪衍生物的抗自由基活性,并与川芎嗪进行了比较,结果表明,化合物Ⅵ对O2 的清除作用优于川芎嗪,所合成的6种川芎嗪衍生物对·OH的清除作用均优于川芎嗪.
In order to improve the solubility of ligustrazine, six derivatives of ligustrazine are synthesized. Five derivatives of ligustrazine have not been reported in literature. The effects of scavenging free radicals of six derivatives of ligustrazine are studied by Spectrophotometry, and the result show that the effect of scavenging O2 of compound VI is superior to ligustrazine′s, the effects of scavenging·OH of six derivatives of ligustrazine are superior to ligustrazine′s.
