摘要
目的观察川芎嗪对急性心肌梗死(AMI)溶栓治疗后顿抑心肌的保护作用。方法将AMI患者83例随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均于发病3～6h内用尿激酶(UK)溶栓,治疗组在使用UK前静滴川芎嗪。结果两组溶栓再通率相近,治疗组治疗后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性下降程度较对照组为低,而丙二醛(MDA)含量增高程度亦明显低于对照组;两组反映心肌顿抑程度的相关指标比较,亦以治疗组改善明显。结论川芎嗪能有效预防AMI患者溶栓治疗后心肌顿抑产生,改善心功能。
Objective:To investigate the protective effect of tetramethylpyragine on stunned myocardium in patients with acute myocardial infraction(AMI) after reperfusion therapy.Methods:83 patients with AMI were randomly divided into the cure group and the controlled group.Patients in both groups were treated with UK reperfusion therapy.And the Cure group was treated with tetramethylpyragine before UK.Results:After treatment the ratios of re-flow were similitude between the two groups.As compared with the controlled group,the level of decreasing plasma SOD and the level of increasing plasma MDA were lower,an index of the degree on stunned myocardium were significantly improved in the cure group.Conclusion:Tetramethylpyragine has a protective effect on stunned myocardium and improving the cardiac function of acute myocardial infraction after reperfusion therapy.
