摘要
在矿业发展的历史过程中,资源观的演变发展与科学技术的进步紧密相关。科技进步是推动矿产资源观发展的动力,有什么样的科学技术,就有相应的资源利用方式,以至相应的资源观。今天我们所倡导的以协调论为主的可持续发展矿产资源观就是在科技进步的推动下形成的科学资源观,坚持可持续发展的资源观有利于矿业和社会经济的可持续发展。
During the process of mining industry development, there is a close re lationship between the evolvement of resource viewpoint and the advancement of s cience and technology. Science and technology advancement is the impetus of mini ng industry, that is, what kind of science and technology we have determines the corresponding utilized means of resources and even the resource viewpoint. Unde r the impetus of science and technology advancement, the sustainable development mining resource viewpoint advocated, which is mainly considered on coordination , has been shaped to a scientific resource viewpoint. To persist in the sustaina ble development resource viewpoint is conducive to sustainable development of th e mining industry and social economy.
