摘要
LTCC内电极银浆面临与生瓷带的共烧匹配问题,通过银粉粒径、级配和树脂的选型、含量的优化,减少共烧收缩率和生瓷带收缩率之间的差距。优化的条件为:银粉粒径分布D50为3. 9μm,银粉级配mSIL31∶mSIL32=1∶1,树脂选型为乙基纤维素(EC4、EC10)和丙烯酸树脂,有机载体中树脂含量为20%。在优化的条件下基体共烧平整,且银层展现高导电性,电阻率为0. 048Ω·mm2/m。
LTCC internal electrode silver paste was faced the co-firing match problem with green tape.The gap of shrinkage rate between co-firing and green tape was reduced by adjusting the particle size and grade of silver powders,and by optimizing the type and content of resins.The optimum conditions were as below:silver powder particle size distribution D50 was 3.9μm,silver powder grade was mSIL31∶mSIL32=1∶1,resin type was ethyl cellulose(EC4,EC10)and acrylic resin,content of the resin in the organic carrier was 20%.Under the optimized conditions,the substrate co-fires flatted,and the silver layer showed high conductivity,the electrical resistivity was 0.048Ω·mm2/m.
