摘要
六种不同环氧树脂与碳纤维TZ4923D-12K分别制作碳纤维单位面积质量l50g/m^2,树脂含量分别为30%的预浸料,通过制作层压板进行拉伸性能、弯曲性能、压缩性能、层间剪切性能测试,测试结果表明环氧树脂Z3所生产的预浸料综合性能最优。
Six different epoxy resins and carbon fibers TZ4923D-12K were used to prepare carbon fibers prepreg with 150g/m^2 mass per unit area and 30% resin content respectively. Tensile properties, bending properties, compressive properties and interlaminar shear properties of the prepreg produced by epoxy resin Z3 were tested. The test results showed that the comprehensive properties of the preg produced by epoxy resin Z3 were the best.
