摘要
将政党治理模式分为"统治"思想影响下的传统政党治理模式和"治理"理念影响下的现代政党治理模式。在革命时期,中国共产党的治理模式为传统政党治理模式。到后革命时期,对于致力于政党现代化的中国共产党来说,应该采用现代政党治理模式。但是由于多种因素的影响,传统政党治理模式仍然对中国共产党的治理活动有着很大影响,尤其是运动式治理传统的消极影响。这就是当代中国共产党治理存在的困境,一方面要竭力追求政党现代化,一方面却又难以摆脱传统政党治理模式的影响。要摆脱这一困境,就要积极探索现代政党治理模式的实践形式,消除运动式治理传统的影响。
The political party governance mode is divided into the modern political governance model and the traditional political governance model.At the time of the revolution,the Chinese Communist Party is the traditional governance model.After the revolution,the Communist Party committed to the modernization of the party should be with modern political governance model.But due to the influence of various factors,the traditional political governance model still has great influence on the Chinese Communist Party’s governance activities,especially the negative effect of traditional sports management.This is the Chinese Communist Party governance dilemma,on the one hand to pursue political party modernization,on the other hand it is difficult to get rid of the influence of traditional political party governance.In order to get rid of the dilemma,the Chinese Communist Party has to eliminate the influence of the traditional campaign style.
