摘要
用一氯乙酸对壳聚糖进行了化学改性,将酸溶性壳聚糖转变为水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖。并对其取代度、特性粘度、吸湿性和保湿性等进行了测定。结果表明,羧甲基壳聚糖具有良好的水溶性,应用在睹喱水方面具有良好的吸湿性、保湿性以及定型、护发作用。
Water-soluble carboxymethyl chitosan was produced by chemically modifying acid-soluble chi- tosan using ehloroaeetic acid and the physicochemical characteristics(degree of substitution,intrinsic vis- cosity number,moisture-absorption and moisture-retention)of the carboxymethyl chitosan were deter- mined.The result indicated that earboxymethyl chitosan has good solubility in water;when used as hair spray,it has good moisture absorbency,humid retention as well as hairstyle fixation and hair nouris- hing.
