摘要
邓小平基层协商民主思想的内容十分丰富。从政治逻辑来看,他认为基层协商民主是民主集中制的体现和实现形式,是一种基层管理形式;从重要意义来看,基层协商民主是党的群众路线在政治领域的重要体现,是改善党的领导的重要方式,是实施群众监督的重要途径;从发展途径来看,根本原则是党的领导,坚实基础是经济的发展,重要保障是制度的完善。邓小平的基层协商民主思想给予我们以深刻的启示。
The content of Deng Xiaoping's thought about the deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level is very rich.From the perspective of political logic,he thought that the deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level was the demonstration and realization of democratic centralism,and a form of grass-roots management;From the perspective of significance,it was the important embodiment of the party's mass line in the political field,the critical way to improve the leadership of the party,the major channel for implementing the supervision by the masses;From the perspective of development approach,the basic rule was under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and the solid foundation was the progress of economy,and the assurance was the improvement of the system.The profound insights could be discovered in Deng Xiaoping's thought about the deliberative democracy at the grass-roots level.
