摘要
采用机制砂取代河砂,并通过掺入适量石粉以及粉煤灰调整自密实混凝土工作性以减少水泥用量,制备了一种用于隧道二衬的机制砂生态自密实混凝土,并研究了粗集料级配、砂率、石粉掺量以及粉煤灰掺量对自密实混凝土工作性的影响,最终确定了最优配比。结果表明:当粗细石比例为6∶4、砂率为0.43、石粉掺量为5%、粉煤灰掺量为25%、水胶比为0.32时,混凝土工作性达到最好,同时强度满足工程应用要求。该结果可为机制砂生态自密实在隧道二衬工程中的应用提供理论基础。
A kind of manufactured sand ecological self-compacting concrete applied in the secondary lining of the tunnel was prepared in this paper.The manufactured sand was used to replace the river sand,and stone powder and fly ash were introduced to adjust the workability of self-compacting concrete so that the amount of cement could be reduced.Optimal mix ratio was obtained by investigating the effect of the volume rate of sand,coarse aggregate gradation,mixing amount of stone powder and fly ash on the workability of self-compacting concrete.The experimental results indicate that the self-compacting concrete has the best workability with the coarse/fine aggregate ratio of 6/4,volume rate of sand of 0.43,mixing amount of stone powder and fly ash of 5%and 25%,respectively,and water/binder ratio of 0.32.And in this case,the self-compacting concrete can also meet the strength requirement of engineering application,which can be used to provide the theoretical basis for the application of manufactured sand ecological self-compacting concrete in the secondary lining of the tunnel.
