摘要 为提升二次衬砌混凝土防渗抗裂性能,文章依托某隧道工程项目,从复合抗裂外加剂组成设计、复合抗裂外加剂对混凝土的性能影响和工程应用效果评价分析等方面开展研究,研究结果表明:通过正交设计法确定复合外加剂的最优配比为粉煤灰20%、膨胀剂9%和减缩剂1.5%,其抗裂性能最佳。掺入复合外加剂的混凝土各项性能均优于掺入市场成品抗裂剂的混凝土。采用推荐配合比制备而成的混凝土具有良好的工程应用效果,各项检测指标均能满足规范要求。 In order to improve the anti-seepage and anticracking performance of secondary lining concrete,based on a tunnel engineering project,this paper studies the composition design of composite anti-cracking admixture,the influence of composite anti-cracking admixture on concrete performance and the evaluation and analysis of engineering application effect.The results show that the optimal ratio of composite admixture determined by orthogonal design method is 20%of fly ash,9%of expansive agent,and 1.5%of shrinkage reducing agent,which has the best anti-cracking performance.The performance of concrete mixed with composite admixture is better than that of concrete mixed with market finished anti-cracking agent.The concrete prepared by the recommended mix ratio has good engineering application effect,and all the detection indexes can meet the requirements of the specification.
