摘要
为了提高煤粉的燃烧效率,以劣质煤为原料,酵素作为燃煤催化剂,采用热重法研究不同浓度的酵素对劣质煤燃烧特性的影响。研究结果表明:酵素能较好地改善劣质煤的燃烧特性,促进挥发分释放和固定碳燃烧。各浓度酵素溶液虽然没有降低煤粉的燃尽温度,但对煤粉着火点温度降低、挥发分的释放、综合燃烧特性均起到一定的催化作用,使煤粉燃烧更加容易进行;其中0.10‰和0.15‰浓度的酵素溶液使原煤着火点温度分别降低了52℃、58℃;最大燃烧速率温度分别降低了26℃、33℃;最大燃烧速率分别从1.404 3mg/min提高到2.429 0mg/min、2.518 7mg/min。挥发分释放特性指数R和综合燃烧特性指数S均得到提高。
In order to improve combustion efficiency of pulverized coal,the effect of enzyme on the combustion characteristics of low-quality coal was studied by means of thermogravimetric method with low quality coal raw fuel and enzyme as a kind of coal combustion catalyst.Their results indicate that the enzyme can improve the combustion characteristics of inferior coal and promote the releasing of volatile and fixed carbon combustion.The enzyme has catalytic effects on decreasing ignition temperature,promoting the release of volatile and improving the comprehensive combustion characteristics,but there was no roles on decreasing burnout temperature of inferior coal.Wherein 0.10‰ and 0.15‰in concentration of the enzyme solution make the temperature of the ignition point of coal decreased by 52℃ and 58℃;The maximum burning rate temperature decreases by 26 ℃ and 33 ℃ respectively;Due to the addition of enzymes,the maximum burning rate increases from 1.404 3mg/min to 2.429 0mg/min or 2.518 7mg/min.And in the meanwhile,both R(the volatility release characteristic index)and S(the comprehensive combustion characteristic index)have been improved.
