摘要
基于发展性职业生涯的全程就业教育体系是一项系统工程,是实施教育体制改革的一项重要任务,它要适应职业教育规模的要求,适应职业教育调整结构的要求,适应职业教育提高人才质量的要求,重点是培养大学生的职业道德、职业技能和就业创业能力,使其成为高质量高端技能型人才。
Employment education system based on development-oriented career is a systematic project and an important task of education mechanism reform,which has to meet the requirements of vocational education scale,vocational education structure adjustment,and talents quality improvement.The most important point is to cultivate college students' professional morality,occupational ability and employment-entrepreneurship ability,so as to help students to become high quality technical talents.
