摘要
从某石化大中型三相异步电动机滑动轴承频繁烧损故障出发,介绍了异步电动机轴电流腐蚀对滑动轴承损伤的特征,分析了引发轴电流的原因,提出了轴电流的防范措施,解决了电动机滑动轴承轴电流腐蚀的问题。
Based on the frequent burning failure of a petrochemical large and medium-sized three-phase asynchronous motor sliding bearing,the characteristics of the axial current corrosion of the asynchronous motor on the sliding bearing are introduced.The causes of the induced shaft current are analyzed.The preventive measures for the shaft current are proposed.The problem of current corrosion of the motor sliding bearing shaft.
