摘要
对几种内燃机连杆轴瓦测温方法进行了比较,得出声表面波技术较适合用于连杆轴瓦温度的长期监测。基于声表面波技术设计了一套适用于连杆轴瓦的测温系统,介绍了该系统设计难点,并对该系统进行了静态温度标定和实机验证。验证结果表明:该系统测温精度与国外同类产品相当;在单缸机上信号稳定,性能可靠,满足连杆轴瓦温度长期监测的需要,可以推广应用。
The varied methods of temperature measuring used on connecting rod bearings of internal combustion engines both at home and abroad were compared.The advantages and disadvantages of each method were analyzed and surface acoustic wave(SAW)turned out to a good choice for long-term measuring method for connecting rod bearing.The working principle of SAW resonator is briefly introduced,and a set of temperature measuring system for connecting rod bearings was designed.The difficulties in system design are introduced in detail.The static temperature calibration of this system was carried out and verified on an engine.The test results show that this system boasts equal measuring accuracy as advanced products from abroad,features stable signals on single cylinder engine,reliable performance and satisfy the requirements of temperature monitoring of connecting rod bearing,thus can be large-scale app-lied in this industry.
