摘要
随着技术的发展,使得导热高分子材料的性能和产量提升,为其在电子技术领域应用提供了良好条件。导热高分子材料优异的性能,满足了微型电子设备的散热问题,最大程度保障电子元器件的使用寿命。首先简要介绍了导热高分子材料的导热机理,以及导热高分子材料应用范围,最后提出导热高分子材料的性能强化措施。
With the development of technology,the performance and output of thermal conductive polymer materials have been improved,which provides a good condition for its application in the field of electronic technology.The excellent performance of thermal conductive polymer materials meets the heat dissipation problem of micro-electronic devices and maximizes the service life of electronic components.In this paper,based on thermal conductive polymer materials,the thermal conductive mechanism of this material and the application scope of thermal conductive polymer materials are briefly introduced.Finally,the performance strengthening measures of thermal conductive polymer materials are put forward.
