摘要
综述了导热聚合物的导热机理、作为导热绝缘填料的氧化铝的形态和表面处理及其在绝缘导热聚合物复合材料中的应用。
Aluminum oxide is used in thermal insulating adhesives ,rubbers, plastics and coatings as athermal conductive fillers. In this paper,the thermal conductive mechanism and the applications of aluminum oxide, as athermal conductive fillers, was summarized.
