摘要
以蒙脱石为载体,钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列Cu^(2+)掺杂TiO_2复合光催化材料,用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等手段对样品进行表征,以亚甲基蓝(MB)溶液的降解脱色作为评价光催化活性的标准,考查不同Cu^(2+)掺杂量、催化剂用量等对催化剂活性的影响。研究结果表明,在MB初始浓度为10mg/L,当Cu^(2+)掺杂量为0.3%、催化剂用量为2g/L时催化性能最好,2h即可使MB溶液的脱色降解率达96%;重复使用5次仍可使MB溶液的脱色降解率保持在90%以上。
A series of Cu2+ doped TiO2 composite photocatalytic materials were prepared by sol-gel method using smectite as carrier and butyl titanate as titanium source.X-ray diffraction(XRD)and infrared spectroscopy(IR)were used.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to characterize the sample.Degradation of methylene blue(MB)solution was used as the standard for evaluating photocatalytic activity.The effects of different Cu2+ doping amount and catalyst dosage on the activity of the catalyst were investigated.It is shown that the initial concentration of MB is 10mg/L,the catalytic performance is best when the amount of Cu2+ is 0.3%,and the amount of catalyst is 2g/L.The decolorization degradation rate of MB solution can reach 96% in 2h;The decolorization degradation rate of the MB solution was maintained at 90% or more after 5 times of use.
