蒙脱石/TiO_2复合材料制备及其光催化性能研究 被引量:6

Preparation of montmorillonite/TiO_2 composite and its photocatalysis properties

摘要 以蒙脱土和钛酸丁酯为原料,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备出蒙脱石/TiO2复合材料,利用XRD、SEM、光催化亚甲基蓝溶液对其物相组成、晶体结构、微观结构和光催化性能进行了研究。结果表明:TiO2以锐钛矿相分布于蒙脱石的层间域和表面,并使蒙脱石d001有不同程度的增大。蒙脱石/TiO2复合材料的加入量和Ti/蒙脱石比值、亚甲基蓝溶液的初始质量浓度对蒙脱石/TiO2复合材料的吸附和光催化效率均有影响。 Montmorillonite/TiO2 composite was synthesized through sol-gel method with montmorillonite and Ti(OC4H9)4 as main raw materials.XRD,SEM and photocatalysis degaradation to methylene blue(MB) solution were carried out to characterize the phase composition,microstructure and photocatalysis properties of the composite.The results showed that TiO2 existed as anatase phase in the interlayer space and on the surface of montmorillonite crystals,and increased the d001 of montmorillonite.The adsorption and photocatalysis efficiency of the montmorillonite/TiO2 composite were affected by the initial concentration of MB solution,the input amount and the Ti/montmorillonite ratio of the composite.
