摘要
介绍了高线轧机油气润滑系统的基本构成、工作原理,针对存在的问题进行了改进,改进措施是对2套不同的润滑系统进行合并,采取措施后,降低了润滑油的使用成本,减少了浪费。
The basic configuration and working principle of air-oil lubrication system for high speed wire rod mills was introduced in the paper,and the revamping was implemented for the existing problems,namely combining 2different lubrication systems.The consumption and cost of the lubrication oil was reduced after this revamping.
