摘要
针对高线精轧机设备故障的特点,建立了精轧机在线监测系统。采集精轧机滚动轴承的振动信号,对振动信号采用时域、频域多角度分析,时域趋势图可以判断轴承的突发性故障,频域分析可以判断故障的性质及故障部位。有效地提高了滚动轴承故障诊断的准确率。
According to the characteristics of finishing mills fault, finishing on-line monitoring system was established. Finishing roiling bearing vibration signal was acquired.The vibration signals was analysed using multiple analysis of time domain and frequency domain. The trend charts in time domain can determine the sudden failure of bearings. The frequency domain analysis can determine the nature and location of fault. The accuracy of fault diagnosis of rolling bearings was effectively improved.
