摘要
在扩大教育对外开放的背景下,我国基础教育领域出现了国际化发展的新特征。本文将基础教育国际化界定为为了适应国际教育服务贸易规则和深化素质教育改革、推动教育现代化而开展的有关学校教育实践探索和改革的过程。从国际经验来看,这一过程的推进需要行之有效的策略,包括制订相关政策以规范基础教育国际化的具体运行、在基础教育领域开展国际教育援助、通过积极引入国际课程而推动课程领域的国际化、推动学校人员的跨境交流等。
In the context of expanding education and opening to the outside world, new characteristics of internationalization have emerged in the field of basic education in China. This paper defines the internationalization of basic education as a process of exploring and reforming school education practices in order to adapt to international rules in educational field, deepen the reform of quality education and promote the modernization of education. From international experience, the promotion of this process requires effective strategies, including administering relevant policies to regulate the specific operation of the internationalization of basic education, carrying out international education aids in the field of basic education, promoting internationalization of the curriculum field through active introduction of international courses, and promoting cross-border exchange of teachers and students, et al.
