摘要
在阐述国内外城市公共自行车系统发展概况的基础上,分析了城市公共自行车系统的特点及发展城市公共自行车系统的必要性,从政府责任、制度建设、专用通道建设、智能化等方面提出了发展城市公共自行车系统的对策。
On the basis of stating the urban public bike system development situation both at home and abroad,the paper analyzed the characteristics of urban public bike system and the necessity of developing urban public bicycle system,and put forward the countermeasures of developing urban public bicycle system from the government’s responsibility,system construction,dedicated channel construction and intellectualization etc.
