摘要
受社会不良环境、应试教育以及家庭不当教育的影响,部分中职生人文素质堪忧,主要表现为文化底蕴单薄、存在心理问题、缺乏责任心和进取精神。职业院校应在培养学生专业技能的同时,通过挖掘课程人文资源、提高教师人文素质和建设校园文化等途径提高学生的人文素质。
Affected by the bad social environment,exam oriented education and the improper family education,some of the secondary vocational students’ humanities quality is very poor. They present mainly the superficial cultural heritage,psychological problems,lack of responsibility and enterprising spirit. Besides cultivating students professional skills,at the same time secondary vocational schools should improve the humanistic quality of the students through excavating course human resource,improving the teachers’ humanistic quality and constructing campus culture.
