摘要
本文介绍了德国职业院校教师培养的一些特点和基本经验,以及这些经验对潍坊职业学院教师队伍建设的借鉴意义,提出了潍坊职业学院今后一个时期教师队伍建设的重点和工作思路。
This article introduces some of the features and basic experience of teachers training in German vocational colleges,and also introduces the reference which the German experience provides for our teacher group construction.So,it proposes the focus and work idea of teacher group construction in our college for the coming period.
