幼儿教师心理健康观:概念、理论、方法及影响因素

Preschool teachers’ views on mental health:concepts,theories,methods and influencing factors

摘要 幼儿教师的心理健康观决定着教师对幼儿心理健康教育的态度和方式,直接影响幼儿教师的教育态度和教育方法,进而影响着幼儿心理健康乃至人生的发展。本文以近10年来我国关于幼儿教师心理健康的相关研究为依据,从心理健康观的概念界定、理论基础、相关政策、现有研究方法、影响幼儿教师心理健康观的因素等方面综述了其研究现状,剖析了存在的问题,并从研究目的、研究对象、研究方法与工具及研究问题的角度,对该领域未来的研究提出了科学建议。 Preschool teachers’mental health concept determines their attitude and methods of mental health education for children,which directly affects preschool teachers’educational attitude and methods,and then affects children’s mental health and even the development of life.Based on the relevant research on the preschool teachers’mental health in the past 10 years in China,this paper illustrates from the following respects:the concept of mental health,theoretical basis,relevant policies,existing research methods,factors affecting preschool teachers’mental health,reviews the current research status,analyzes the existing problems.From the perspectives of research objects,research methods,tools and research issues,scientific suggestions are put forward for future research in this field.
