摘要
本文用SWOT分析法,探讨了西安F学院教师队伍建设具有的优势和劣势,以及所面临的机遇和威胁,并分别提出了SO、WO、ST、TW四种民办高校教师队伍建设策略。
This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of teachers' team in private colleges base on the SWOT method,moreover,the opportunities and threats were discussed too,then give the So,Wo,St,TW these four construction strategies of private colleges teachers.
