摘要
针对传统湿法脱硫系统中烟气-烟气再热器(GGH)能耗高、阻力大、维护量大等问题,本文引入了MGHH技术,介绍了其工艺原理,并以600MW机组为例,将其与传统的GHH进行了技术和经济性的应用比较,结果表明采用MGGH技术进行烟气处理系统改造,能够有效优化脱硫效率、余热回收,实现烟气零泄漏、节能降耗,满足了国家环保高要求。
Due to GGH has high energy consumption,large resistance,heavy workload,this paper promotes MGHH technology,introduce its process principle,taking a 600MW units as an example,through compare with GGH,it proved that application of MGGH technology can effectively optimize the desulfurization efficiency, waste heat recovery, no gas leakage, energy saving , satisfy the high requirements of environmental protection.
