摘要
对于粮食中微量钴含量的测定,我们可选择采用石墨炉子吸收分光光度法则。根据实验条件的选择,该测定法灵敏度比较高,重现性较好,回收率为为96~102%,检出限可达0.2μg/ml,常见元素不干扰对粮食中钴的测定,可以得到满意结果。
For the determination of trace cobalt content in the food, we can choose to use graphite furnace absorption spectrophotometer.According to the choice of experimental conditions,the determination method of high sensitivity,good reproducibility,recovery is 96~102%, the detection limit of 0.2 mu g/ml,common elements do not interfere with the determination of cobalt in the food, you can get satisfactory results.
